Winter Park Resort is already one of the top ski resorts in the country, but with new improvements, it is about to get even better! This winter, get ready to enjoy terrific new terrain in Winter Park!
Winter Park has announced many improvements that are being implemented for the 2022-2023 ski season. There will be new evening activities, increased grooming, and other great new things for you to enjoy! Although we're looking forward to all of the improvements, we're most excited about the terrain expansion!
It was announced that Winter Park Resort will nearly double their expert-only terrain this season. The new terrain is a previously closed section of The Cirque Territory. It will be called "Jelly Roll" because of its rolling steep pitch. This terrain will hold snow for days after a storm, so it will be phenomenal to ski! Additionally, Winter Park Resort will open more terrain in the Chutes area on Mary Jane.
Along with the expanded terrain, Winter Park Resort will expand parking options. Between an expansion to the G Lot parking across from the resort's main entrance and the widening of Mary Jane Road, the resort will post an additional 350 parking spaces this season, making the slopes more accessible than ever before!
